Fees and what to expect
A supportive and predictable space
Therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and able to show up as you are. The structure of a longer first session followed by regular weekly appointments is designed to support that, offering both a secure beginning and the ongoing steadiness that helps meaningful change develop over time.
Therapy is about more than reducing symptoms; it is a space where you can explore your inner world and work toward deeper, long‑term change in how you experience yourself and your relationships.

Starting therapy
£80 (75 minutes)
Beginning therapy is a meaningful step, and it’s completely natural to want time and space to ease into the process. Your first session lasts 75 minutes and is charged at £80. This longer session allows us to move gently, giving you the opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, ask any questions, and begin building a sense of safety and trust. It’s an introduction where we can explore your story without feeling rushed, helping you gain a clearer sense of what support might look like going forward.
Weekly sessions
£60 (50 minutes)
Ongoing therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at £60. These take place at the same time and on the same day each week, offering you a reliable space you can depend on. This consistency helps create a supportive environment where you can reflect, process, and grow over time.
Each session offers a dependable space, supporting you as you explore and move forward — even when the process feels challenging — at a pace that feels right for you.
